James Ambrosini is the visionary behind High Performance S.A.S.S Academy – a program grounded in science, fuelled by experience, and committed to unlocking the full potential of young athletes.

As a former international rugby union player turned sports scientist and Level 2 Rugby Coach , James blends elite-level experience with cutting-edge training methodology. He has personally guided over 5,000 athletes across Australia and Europe, from grassroots to elite performance.

S.A.S.S Academy was born from James’s passion to develop not just athletes, but leaders — through a comprehensive 360° Player Development Model that combines physical, psychological, emotional, and leadership training. Every session is designed to elevate performance in rugby league, union, touch football, and tag.

Together with a team of expert coaches, James has established a trusted high-performance environment where confidence, skill, and mindset come together. It’s more than just sport — it’s a movement built on resilience, growth, and purpose.
